OD reflection

I'm finding it difficult to remain on task with my OD plan. Education is taking such a hit in California which makes my original plan take a backseat. There are so many external pressures that the internal ones are becoming more and more obscure. I feel like the plan and diagnosis need to be removed from the current academic year and thought of in a past year when it's volume level was not obscured by the loud "budget cut" band. The volume of this new band has taken center stage with top of the line amplifiers. Earplugs cannot reduce the volume enough. It seems difficult to keep the focus on PLC. I'll make it work even though it will be difficult. I know this is a learning situation and I have learned a lot. I guess I worry about the actual presentation- I will present the findings and structure them in a way that will foster organizational learning, but the "budget band" creates far more volume than anything else at this time. PLC has already taken a backseat, but I agree there is much to be gleaned from this experience. How intersting would it be to do an OD on the state in regards to education? Huge endeavor, but worth the efforts.
