More mind blowing technology

Wow! Talk about thinking outside of the box. I got lost on Yanko Designs. Some of the most extreme and never thought of products. Wow! Is all that I can say- some of them perhaps a bit sarcastic- like the Facebook ooze. Now that's funny: ) Vincent Callebaut's designs are incredible. All the thought and design directed at solving global issues- or soon to be global isues. Far more advanced than waterworld, yet somehow familiar. Web collaboration and Yugma! Cool, again rethinking my everyday thoughts and solutions/possibilities for the future. It is amazing how bogged down we get trying to solve problems with the same tools that haven't worked in previous attempts. Mind-blowing, definitely....how can we incorporate these new ideas, methods for collaboration, and technologies to address current issues? Can teacher quality be analyzed in a new and different way? What if we reinvision the way we currently assess them? What would that look like? Qix!!! No way! You can watch video almost in real time as recorded from someone's cell phone- oh my! I'm going to suggest my mom uses hers on her next trip to Hawaii when the whales are there- absolutely incredible, if I can't go- I can watch and sort of feel like I'm there. Privnote- are you kidding me??? Email that can't be traced or recalled or can it??? Implications of this? If it truly self destructs, don't let our students know about it. This could start an even bigger cyberbullying hell. Quik maps- doodle on google- I love it!!! Crazy mindblowing technologies that go potentially unnoticed. WoW!
